About Me.
Having a family that always runs at 110% can get a bit crazy. Cooking when I was a kid seemed to slow things down a bit. I used to try new recipes whenever I could and I would cook for the family whenever my mom wouldn’t. She is a hard chef to follow.
I took the things I learnt, as a kid who was trying to cook, into my teens and twenties. I would try more stupid and ridiculous things every day. That’s when I fell in love with cooking. When I realised I couldn’t be wrong. A far cry from life at school which was never for me. You can experiment, learn and laugh, all while doing pretty much whatever you think is best.
So come with me, slow things down and let’s learn to cook together.
My Aim.
For me, cooking isn’t about perfection, it isn’t about stress. It’s about bringing people together through a shared experience, whether cooking or eating. There’s nothing better than sitting down with a group of friends and family to enjoy a meal that you have created together.
That’s my aim. Bringing people who don’t cook to the stove and let them experience what I love.
